Soft Return diagnostics generate reflective results based on the answers supplied. They are personal-development tools and are not medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice.

A result names patterns and possible next shifts. You remain responsible for your choices, relationships, financial decisions, and wellbeing.

Result pages and resources are provided for personal use. They reflect the diagnostic structure and information available when generated and may change as Soft Return develops.

No specific manifestation outcome, relationship result, financial result, or personal transformation is guaranteed.

The Soft Return name, diagnostic structures, written materials, result formats, and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may retain and personally reference your result, but may not reproduce or commercialize the Soft Return method without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Soft Return is not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on a diagnostic result or for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
