We aim to collect only the information needed to create your diagnostic result, deliver your result link, and improve the Soft Return experience.

Your answers are used to generate the result, hidden contradiction, receiving threshold, and recommended next step shown to you. A tokenized link connects you to the stored result.

Result links are bearer links. Anyone with the full link may be able to view the result, so you should share it only with people you trust.

When you provide an email address, Soft Return uses it to deliver your result link and essential messages connected to the diagnostic.

Marketing messages are sent only where the relevant consent applies. We do not sell email addresses, and marketing messages will include an appropriate way to opt out.

Soft Return may use storage that is necessary for security, continuity, and basic site functionality. If optional measurement tools are introduced, this page and the relevant consent controls will be updated.

Diagnostic and contact records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide result access, deliver requested messages, maintain service records, and meet applicable obligations.
